- Shipping & Delivery
- We are currently shipping through the U.S. Post Office, UPS and DHL and in some cases reserve the right to make adjustments to the shipping charge schedule below. Inexpensive yet heavy items such as cookie jars, slates, etc...or large light items such as baskets, paper mache, etc... are examples of items that may be charged an additional shipping fee.
- Next Day or Second Day Air is available for an additional charge. Please call or e-mail for a quote.
- There will be a $5.00 service charge for all incorrect shipping addresses and for any packages forwarded to another address after package has left Hofcraft.
- International Shipping Policy
- APO, FPO, Canadian, Continental U.S. (over water) Orders
- Alaska, Hawaii etc and most Canadian orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service, Insured.
- Shipping and Handling charges are the actual amount charged by the U.S. Post Office plus a small handling fee.
- Payment in U.S. Dollars by Charge Card only.
- Backorder Policy
- If an item is absolutely crucial to your order, please let us know.
- Every effort is made to ship your order completely. Items will be backordered if the total value of backordered items, after your discount, is over $30.00 and we expect them to arrive shortly. If we haven't received an item within 30 days then that portion of the backorder will be canceled and the remaining items will be shipped.
- Otherwise, if we are out of stock, our apologies, please try again with your next order. You may choose for us to backorder the out of stock items, however, you will need to notify us promptly. Please know that additional shipping charges will apply.
- Privacy Policy
- Hofcraft will never sell or give out your private information to anybody, period. This applies to e-mail addresses, snail-mail addresses, purchasing history, anything you might share with us.

- No returns allowed after 30 days of receiving your order (some exclusions may apply).
- Prior authorization is required to return.

- Buyer to pay freight on all items returned for causes other than damage or errors on our part.
